Breakfast: grits and two boiled eggs and coffee
Snack: coffee and a piece of dark chocolate
Lunch: ribs, aspargius, baked potatoe and cold water
Snack: coffee and a couple of little Oreos
Dinner: Marie Callender's Fetuccini with Chicken & Broccoli

Why it was higher after a night's sleep then after a full day is beyond me!
