Breakfast:  grits and two scrambled eggs and coffee

Lunch: two chicken legs/thighs, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, piece of chocolate cake and "Diet Pepsi"

Snack: a couple of chunks of dark chocolate

Dinner:  two Hormel Compleats® Roast Bef & Mashed Potatoes and iced water
