Breakfast: a bacon breakfast pizza and coffee

Snack: a coffee cup of that instant cake, with some dark chocolate melted into it

Lunch: homemade spaghetti sauce with hamburger, garlic bread and cold water

Snack: piece of dark chocolate and a cup of coffee

Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf and iced water
