Breakfast: Kathie made:
  • scrambled eggs
  • well fried bacon
  • I warmed up coffee cake
  • coffee
Lunch: burritos, hamburger, cheese, sour creamme and a bottle of Diet Pepsi

Snack: as I was feeling a bit hypo, I had a couple of small pieces of dark chocolate

Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, white gravy and apple desert with a coffee cup of iced water and some mini-Oreos
