Breakfast: A fine meal of:
- Kathie's left over steak from "Prime on the NIne"
- two scrambled eggs
- slice of sour dough toast with peanut butter and grape jelly
- coffee
Lunch: two hot dogs and coffee
Snack: a chunk of dark chocolate and yet more coffee...
Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf (Meat loaf with rich brown gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, corn, and caramel apple desert) and cold water
