Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and my left over steak from the other night and coffee
Lunch: We went to Applebys and I had:
- bowl of "French" Onion soup that actually had the bread in it this time,
- a ½ order of BBQ ribs,
- French fries
- a very small container of cole slau and
- iced water
Snack: some dark chocolate
Diner: A Healthy Choice chicken meal and later, a peanut butter and grape jelly on a single slice of sour dough bread
