Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee
Snack; small piece of dark chocolate
Lunch: The left over steak and potatoe soup from last night.
Lunch #2: We went to an Octoberfest at the local Knights of Columbus and I had:
- brat
- bierrock (I should have had two and skipped the brat)
- scalloped potatoes
- can of Diet Pepsi
- chocolate cake
Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken dinner
