Breakfast: Oatmeal and coffee

Snack: a piece of dark chocolate and coffee

Lunch: at the DCCC for a Lion's Meeting:
  • two well cooked hamburger patties
  • fried potatoes
  • desert
  • glass of "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and for desert, a gin-n-tonic
