Snack: the last several sugar covered mini-donuts and coffee (I've had a sugar craving all afternoon since eating this...)
Dinner: A Lean Cuisine cheese lasagna florentine bake with marinara sauce, mozzarello, ricotta and romano cheeses and a can DP.
Snack: some crackers, peanut butter and a Michelob Lager...
