Breakfasts: Melon and an egg salad sandwich made with two (sort of) soft boiled eggs and two slices of wheat bread (also, low cal Mayo)
Lunch: An Arby's Southwest Salad, half a large order of Mozzarella sticks and a Diet Pepsi.
Snack: About half of the no sugar, no fat cooked chocolate pudding I made yesterday...
Dinner: A Healthy Choice Chicken Broccoli Alfredo (Chicken Breast and Broccoli in ALfredo Sauce with Fettuccini Pasta)
