Lunch: Cooked the two pork chops bought last week (finally!), some of Kathie's rice pilof, two DP and some homemade "no fat/no sugar cooked choclate pudding".
Dinner: Healthy Choice Flavor Adventures Creamy Dill Salmon (Wild Salmon Fillet SLices in a Creamy Dill Sauce over Pasta with Broccoli). Quite good actually...
Snack: A large hot dog (katchup and mustard added) and a Michelob Lager
