Breakfast: Bowl of cream of wheat, two slices whole wheat bread and a cup of coffee.


Lunch: At the Boot Hill Museum restraunt: a very nicely done roast beef samwhich with barby sauce, french fries and a large glass of DP...


Snack: Some no-fat/no-sugar cooked vinalli pudding.

Dinner: Swedish Meatballs withi pasta in a savory gravy (it was good but I'm not sure I'd call it "savory"...)
