Breakfast: Two eggs scrambled/fried, bacon, a DP and a cup of coffee.

Lunch: One half a MMMMMM (Montana Mike's Mighty Meat Meal done Medium): That is, about half of a 20 oz steak, a "loaded" baked potatoe, biggg roll and salad.

Desert: A moderate and then a small piece of Kathie's birthday cake.

Dinner: Healthy Choice Flavor AdventuresTM Grilled Chicken Marianara (Chicken Breast in Marinara Sauce over Pasta with Broccoli)
