Breakfast: Bacon, two fried eggs over easy, two slices of whole wheat toast and coffee.


Lunch: Wendy's double hamberger, baken ptoatoe with butter, chives and sour cream, DIet Pepsi.


Dinner: Kathie's chicken cooked in soy sauce and water seasoned with ginger root and sessime seeds and garlic over her rice pilof and a gin and tonic.

Post dinner: Another gin and tonic and probably yet a third. Alchohol isn't a carb and so alcohol isn't as bad for me as I used to think; nonethe less, my fahter felt the same and the diabetics heklped kill him...)
