Breakfast: South Beach Diet™ Breakfast Wraps All American (Scrambled Egg Whites, Reduced fat Mozarella & non fat cheddar cheeses, tomatoes, smoked turkey bacon & cheese sauce in a while wheat tortilla) and a can of D.P.


Snack: A repeat of breakfast...


Lunch: Went to Montana Mike's and I had the 16 oz ribeye, "loaded" potatoe, large roll and butter and a couple of glasses of "Diet Pepsi" (and a salad with French Dressing...)


Dinner: Large salad from Dillions and a couple of glasses of water.
