Lunch: Salad and D.P.
Dinner: Home made speghetti sauce
- ~2.6 lbs 90% hamberger
- 3 cans tomatoe sauce
- about ¾ cup red whine
- about 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- and shook the garlic salt
- and then the onion salt over it
Then, of course, after looking at the oil film the virgin olive oil left on top of the noodle water, I realized that I might be "steering the Porciline Goddess" a couple of hours after going to bed. Actually, it was closer to three hours after I got done with dinner...I don't handle fat in food well anymore...
