Pre-Breakfast Snack: An apple (or ¾ ?) of one and some water.

Breakfast: Oatmeal and a can of D.P. and a couple of cups of coffee.

Lunch: Salad and "Diet Pepsi"...

Dinner: Stoffers Corner Bistro: garlic mashed potatoes and sirloin tips in gravy and a glass of water...
