Breakfast: Aunt Jemami pancakes and sausage, a can of D.P. and coffee...
Lunch: At the Central Station Club and Grill (formerly the "Freighthouse"). We split an order of onion rings. Dinner: South Beach Diet™ (Asian Inspired) Orange Beef (Beef Slices & Brown Rice In Orange Sauce With Broccoli, Bamboo Shoots, & Carrots) and a can of D.P.
