Breakfast: South Beach Diet™ Breakfast Wraps All American (Scrambled Egg Whites, Reduced Fat Mozzarella & Nonfat Cheddar Cheeses, Tomatoes, Smoked Turkey Bacon & Cheese Sauce In A Whole4 Wheat Tortilla) and a can of D.P. I have to confess that I was quite hungry and ate both of them; getting up at 3:15 am and then eating one at 7 am left me still too hungry and I ate the second about 7:47 am...)
Lunch: We had an office lunch: Homemade chicken/noodle soup (3 bowls) and some of my homemade ice creamme and (store bought) Fudge sauce.
Dinner: Roast beef with potatoes, carrots and onions roasted in the pan with the meat and water. I had a gin-and-tonic for "desert".
