Lunch: Kathie's Mexican: One of those big, flat, pancake like things with mashed up refried beans, seasoned hamburger, sliced up extra sharp Tillamook Cheddar cheese and mild "shredded yellow cheese" (nuked in the microwave) and then covered with lettuce, low fat sour creamme, some sliced tomotoe (on the first one) and a package of Taco
A couple of hours later, I needed a couple of slugs of P I N K!
I also drank a large glass of water before and after the P I N K and that seemed to help the heart burn.
Dinner: Healthy Choice® Beef Pot Roast With Gravy / Apple Cranberry Crisp / Carrots / Roasted Potatoes and a can of D.P.
