Breakfast: South Beach Diet Breakfast Wraps "All American"
Lunch: Burger King Angus Burger, large fries (shared with my wife) and a drink.
Snack: I just had to try out our new grill again! I cooked some bacon over the grill. Much of it burned nicely although some didn't really cook well enough...
Dinner: A McDonald's "Southwest Club" salad and water.
Snack: A couple of "Little Debby" sugar coated mini-doughnuts and a gin-and-tonic...
