Dinner: South Beach Diet™ Asian Inspired Orange Beef Beef Slices & Brown Rice in Orange Sauce with Broccoli, Bamboo Shoots, & Carrots plus a can of D.P.
"Desert": A small - and I mean small amount of cashews from the office "vending machine"...
Pre-Bed Snack: Small slice of sour dough bread with Tillamock Sharp Cheddar Cheese melted on it and a bottle of "MGD" (Miller Guienine Draft beer)
