Warmup: Cup of coffee, a good workout (30 minutes on treadmill and pumping-iron-machines) and the "Big D"

Breakfast: Shredded wheat with a bannana, slice of toast and a cup of coffee

Lunch: At Arby's:
French Dip, Fries and a "medium" glass of "Diet Coke"

Aft_Snack:
Some left over "Mexican" at the office

Dinner: Juanitas's Albondigas Meatball Soup, some "Mexican" Crackers, a can of D.P. and a ripe bannana.
