Lunch: Egg salad samwhich around 2 pm as I was still full from breakfast! (I would never have believed this could happen to be 30 years ago. The idea that a "normal" breakfast could fill me up to dinner (evening meal) was incomprehensible...)
Dinner: 2 South Beach™ Breakfast Wraps (the American type), 2 brownies, some no-sugar cookies and some "Little Debbie" powdered sugar donuts and (of course) a can of
D.P...
Pre-bed: Gin-and-tonic and slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter.
