Breakfast: cold oatmeal, a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and coffee.



Lunch:
Freight House (whatever the new name is): Hamberger with bacon, fries and "Diet Pepsi"



Dinner:
Healthy Choice® Chicken Parmigiana Breaded Chicken Bereast With Marinara Sauce & Cheese/ Caramel Apple Crisp/ Broccoli Florets/ Fettuccini Pasta and a can of
D.P.



Pre-bed:
Gin-and-tonic and slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter.
