Breakfast: Aunt Jemima pancakes and sausage and a cup of coffee.

Lunch: Sliced roast beef, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, a roll with butter and "Diet Pepsi" at Casey's Cowtown

Dinner: Two pork chops, small amount of potatoes, no-sugar-added Applesauce and a bottler of MGD (Miller Genuine Draft) beer.
