Breakfast: Three scrambled eggs and a cup of coffee.


The "Big D" before breakfast and immediately after I finished walking 30 minutes on the Sheridan Centre treadmill.


Lunch:
Burger King Angus Burger, large sized (Kathie wanted some of my fries) and a large glass of "Diet Coke".


Snack #1:
Some dark choclate


Snack #2:
A small plain donut at work... You would never know that I'm stressing out about the upcoming A1C test next Wednesday. Maybe, this is a sign of stressing out...


Dinner:
South Beach Diet™ Asian Inspired Orange Beef (Beef Slices & Brown Rice In Orange Sauce With Broccoli, Banboo SHoots, & Carrots), a can of D.P. and a handful or two of popcorn before dinner.
