Breakfast: Aunt Jemima pancakes and sausage and a slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter, a cup of coffee and a can of D.P.


Lunch: An Arby's double hamberger, baked potatoe with sour creamme and butter and a glass of "Diet Coke" (actually, a glass of ice flavoured with maybe a quarter of the cup actually being "Diet COke"...)


Snack: A small chunk of sour douogh bread with peanut butter and a can of D.P.


Dinner: Healthy Choice® "Beef Pot Roast With Gravy/ Apple Cranberry Crisp/ Carrots/ Roasted Potatoes" and a can of D.P.


About an hour after eatting, I felt the onset of the "Big D"...
