Breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon in a sandwich, coffee cake and coffee
 
Lunch: chicken legs, rice pilof and cold water
 
Snack: at the movie theater, popcorn, "Diet Pepsi" and several chunks of dark chocolate (how did it get in my coat pocket???)
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Meatload dinner and cold water
