Breakfast: fried bacon, a chunked up small potatoe fried in the bacon grease, two fried eggs and coffee
 
Lunch: left over chicken legs and left over rice pilof and cold water
 
Snack: coffee and a chunk or two of dark chocolate
 
Dinner: Marie Callender Country Fried Pork Chop and Greavy and ice water
