Breakfast: two hard boiled eggs and two English muffins and coffee
Lunch: at the DCCC for a spicy Mexican disk of rice and sliced sausage and three chicken disks, a brownie and ice creamme and a glass of "Diet Pepsi".
Snack: a couple of chunks of dark chocolate
Dinner: Hungry-Man boneless fried chicken with brownie and I had iced water
U2 V0 (I was up with foot cramps twice during the night and drank water after the first one)
