Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee
 
Lunch: two hot dogs and a bowl of romin noodles, cold water and coffee
 
Snack: a couple of chunkts of dark chocolate and another cup of coffee
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf, cold water and a piece of dark chocolate
 
U1  V0  A minor leg cramp that I was able to ignore...
