½½Breakfast: Kathie's Big Breakfast:

<li>coffee  cake

Lunch: My homemade speghetti sauce, noodles, store bought garlic bread, coffee and water
<p>
Snack: movie theater popcorn and "Diet  Pepsi"
<p>
Dinner: salmon, baked potatoe, boiled carrots and cold water
<p>
Snack: a chunk of dark chocolate
