Breakfast: a couple of overcooked pork chops (which I admit to ruining) and a can of Pepsi Zero.
 
Lunch: at the Rat for chicken, mashed potatoes, desert and "Diet Pepsi"
 
Snack: chunk of dark chocolate
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken and cold water
