 Breakfast: a microwave cooked potatoe, two scrambled eggs and coffee
 
Lunch: at the DCCC for a goulash, rice, ice creamme and a glass of "Diet Pepsi"
 
Snack: a chunk of dark chocolate
 
Dinner: Marie Callender Swedish Meatballs, iced water and some chocolate chip cookie
