   Breakfast:  3 scrambled eggs
               1 hotdog chopped up 
               Slice sour dough toast 
               Coffee
 
      Lunch:  Arby beef sandwich 
               bottle Diet Pepsi
 
     Dinner:  asparagus 
               steak 
               Baked potato with Butter Sour creamme
               Bottle of Stella Artois 

Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic 

AM 76 PM 79

I thought this PM score far too low so I tested it twice and both times was 79. This suggests the meter is correct and that I really had low blood sugar. I suppose this was based on mostly meat to eat and little carbs.
