Lunch: Casey's Cowtown for a large hamberger, fries and what might have been Diet Pepsi...
Dinner: Lean Cuisine chicken fettuccini (chicken tenerloins, broccoli & fettuccini in a creamy alfrecdo sauce with caramel apple desert), some Fretos "scoups" and a can of D.P.
Pre-bed: Some summer sausage and a weak gin-and-tonic...
