Breakfast: Oatmeal and tgoast and a cup of coffee.
Lunch: Olive Garden: Speghith meat sauce and meatballs, salad, a split desert and a couple of glasses of "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner: Two hambergers and a can of D.P. and gin and tonic. I used the leftover hamberger to make a couple of small comtainers of meat loaf; it was a bit greasy.
