Lunch: At Casey's Cowtown: French Dip, large order of fries and "Diet Pepsi". I splurged and had something called "Creamme Boulee" {sp} for desert. (I'm at just more than 90 days from the next A1C test and I'll have to "start being good" tomorrow...)

Pre-bed: Some summer sausage, a couple of those little powdered donuts and a weak gin-and-tonic.
