Breakfast: Left over steak and Kathie's left over rice from dinner last night.
Lunch: Chicken Fried Chicken with white gravy, mashed potatoes with white gravy, corn, a roll with "butter" and a couple of glasses of "Diet Pepsi" at Casey's Cowtown.
Snack: After a fast walk, I couldn't help but snack on some potato chips...
Dinner: An Appleby's take out salad with crispy chicken and water. I then had a gin and tonic for desert...
