Pre-breakfast snack: some fretoes and water...
Breakfast: South Beach Diet Breakfast Wraps All American (Scrambled egg whites, reduced fat ozzarella & nonfat cheddar cheeses, tomatoes, smoked turkey bacon & cheese sauce in a whole wheat tortilla and (of course) a can of D.P.
Having not been filled by this, I had a bowl of soup:
Campbell's Select Gold Label Italian Tomato With Basil & Garlic
Tasts good but has way too much salt! 770mg in a one pint serving!
Lunch: Steak and baked potatoe with boiled broccoli flowers and a couple of cans of D.P. (I really should have had water...)
Snack: Five pieces of dark choclate because this goes well with the bag of popcorn I ate whilst watching "FIRE SERPENT" on the SciFi Channel. (Actually, recorded from last night...)
Dinner: Large salad with a bowl of cheese soup and water.
