Breakfast: Oatmeal and two cups of coffee.

Lunch: McDonald's Southwest Club Salad with crispy chicken, ranch dressing, 5 or "chicken nuggetts" and a large (69¢) glass of "Diet Coke".

Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast with Gravy, Carrots, Roasted Potatoes and Apple Raisin Crip

Snack: A couple of banannas...

Pre-bed: a chunk of summer sausage (heated in the microwave), some fritoes and a bottle of Mic
