Breakfast: Healthy Choice® Grilled White Meat Chicken In Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo sauce ovfer Linguini Pasta / Broccoli Florets and a can of D.P.
Lunch: Casey Cowtown for a large hamberger, fries and Diet Pepsi.
Dinner: Quisnos "French Dip" and a bowl of chicken soup plus a oil can of Fosters Beer.
Pre-bed "Dessert":
