Breakfast: Creamme of wheat, two slices of sour dough toast and coffee. (Maybe a can of D.P.?)

Lunch: Baked chicken, rice pilof, boiled broccoli flowers and a can of D.P.

Dinner: Healthy Choice® Grilled White Meat Chicken In Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce Over Linguini Pasta / Broccoli Florets and a can of D.P.

Desert: No sugar added Apple Sauce...

Pre-bed: Some summer sausage and a gin-and-tonic...
