Breakfast: Oatmeal, slice of toast and coffee.

Snack: Chunk of frozen meatloaf (warmed in the microwave oven...)

Lunch: McDonald's salad, five (or so) "chicken nuggetts" and a 69¢ glass of "Diet Coke"

Dinner: Anus Angus Burger, fries and a large glass of "Diet Pepsi" at Bugger Burger King. This is just a joke...

McGyver's "real" first name was Angus; I still don't know why he'd have been ashamed of it???
