Breakfast Desert: a small piece of dark chocolate and shortly afterwards, the feeling I would need:

Lunch: Roasted whole chicken, dressing, asparguis and a couple of cans of D.P.Post lunch#1: About a 1/4 cup of bad coffee and my stomach was "off to the races..."
Post lunch: Pepto Bismol. I had serious indigestion until almost 5 pm. I went to a Santa Fe Trail Association meeting and had a couple of very small brownies and water. It seems that putting food into my stomach settled it down for a while as did glasses of water.
Dinner: Healthy Choice® Beef Pot Roast with Gravy / Apple Cranberry Crisp / Carrots / Roasted Poatatoes and a can of D.P.
I'm feeling fairly normal and am wondering if I'm nearly over what may be salmonella???
