Dinner: South B each Diet Asian Inspired Orange Beef (Beef Slices & Brown Rice in Orange Sauce with Broccoli, Bamboo shoot, & Carrots) and a can of D.P. and three small powder donuts...
Pre-bed: summer sausage and fretos and a gin-and-tonic
