Dinner: Left over baked chicken and rick pilof and two cans of D.P.
Post Dinner "Surprise": I tested tonight rather than last night as
I figured my blood sugar would be "through the roof" after what I
had for dinner. Tonight, it was through the roof at 168!
168!
That seems to be my favourite bad score...
On a happier note, we did buy the "South Beach Diet" book and will
begin trying that out...
