Breakfast: Kathie's Big Breakfast:
  1. scrambled eggs,
  2. bacon in a samwhich on sour dough toast,
  3. Serri Lee coffee cake and
  4. water.


Lunch: At Montana Mike's for

  1. salad with thousand island dressing,
  2. most of a 16 oz steak,
  3. baked potatoe,
  4. roll and
  5. two glasses of "Diet Pepsi".


Dinner: large boneless pork chop, rice and broccoli florets, with water to drink.


Snack: peanut butter and grape jelly on a slice of sour dough bread and gin-n-tonic in a small coffee cup.
