Breakfast: Oatmeal and a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter
and a cup of coffee.

Lunch: Salad and a can of DP.

Dinner: Salmon, broiled broccoli and boiled rice, with water.

Snack: 2 gnt

Aftermath: Right arm cramped, both legs cramped (from exercise) and
vomiting (maybe the salad, maybe the fish...)
